Ingredients
100 g sugar
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sakePut the sugar and the soy sauce in a small pot. Heat it gently until the sugar dissolves. Simmer it for a few minutes to thicken it up a bit. Add the sake and stir in. If you are ready to use it, just go ahead at this stage, otherwise allow it to cool and put it in a seal tight container in the fridge.
Great with Salmon, Tuna, Chicken etc.
